How to Seek Help When There Is a Problem Using the Client?
1. Contact the Unit Administrator
Feihan is an enterprise instant messaging software, and the server is privately deployed locally by the unit administrator.
So when you encounter problems such as the server address, account, password, and so on, you need to contact the unit administrator first.
If you cannot find the administrator, you can try confirming with your direct supervisor first so that the problem can be resolved quickly.
2. Contact Feihan
If you cannot confirm the identity of the unit administrator, you can contact Feihan, and Feihan customer service will handle it Contact Us.
Note: When submitting a problem, please provide the necessary information strictly according to the format so that customer service can quickly locate the problem.
3. Complaint and Report
If you find that the unit has illegal or disciplinary violations, you can report them by contacting Feihan Complaint and Report.
How to Fill in the Server Settings When Logging in to the Client?
1. Login Settings
When logging in to the client, click Settings and fill in the correct organization domain name to log in to the client normally
2. Confirm with Colleagues Around You
If colleagues around you can log in to the Feihan client normally, it is recommended to confirm the information with them first.
3. Contact the Unit Administrator
When logging in to the client, the server settings must be filled in correctly. The unit administrator will provide the relevant information. If this is your first login or you have forgotten the server setting information, you can first contact the unit administrator for confirmation.
