You can send and receive images/videos in chats.

#Desktop

1. Click the File button in the upper left corner of the input box to select an image/video to send.

2. Drag the image/video into the message box to send it.

#Mobile

Tap the plus sign button on the right side of the input box in the chat, and in the pop-up function bar select the Album button, choose the corresponding image/video, and send it.

#Download Images/Videos in Chat

#Desktop

Click the image, then in the menu in the upper left corner click Download Image or Download Original Image to download the selected image to local storage.

#Mobile

Tap the image, then tap the Download button in the bottom menu, or tap the image and then tap the More button in the lower right corner in the bottom menu, and select Save Image in the pop-up options to download the selected image to local storage.

• After tapping the image, tap the View Original Image button to download the original image;

#3. FAQ

#Q: Will the image quality be compressed when sending images in chat?

A: If Original Image is checked, the image quality will not be compressed.

#Q: What should I do if I cannot view the images received in the chat?

A:

1. Log in with another colleague's account to confirm whether operations such as sending images or opening chats are normal;

If other colleague accounts also behave abnormally, consider that the Feihan service may be abnormal. In this case, contact the administrator directly to report the problem.

2. If other colleagues can log in and use it normally, then consider that there may be a problem with the local cached chat data on the client. It is recommended to try resetting the local cached chat data.

3. If normal use still cannot be restored after the above operations, contact the unit administrator for further confirmation.
