1. Abnormal Display of the Client Contacts

Troubleshooting Ideas

  1. Confirm whether the organizational structure can be loaded normally in other colleagues' clients;

  2. Try logging in with another account on the abnormal client to confirm whether the organizational structure can be loaded normally;

If all the above confirmation items can load the organizational structure normally, then consider that there may be a problem with the local cached data on the abnormal client. It is recommended to try resetting it.

  1. If normal use still cannot be restored after the above operations, contact the unit administrator for further confirmation.
Tip

If No permission to view organization departments pops up after clicking Contacts, it means that this feature has been restricted by the administrator.

2. Unable to Search Contacts on the Client

How to confirm when contacts cannot be searched normally through the search function:

  1. Confirm that the searched keyword is correct;

  2. Try refreshing the organizational structure and searching again;

  3. Switch the client login account to test whether it is normal;

  4. Contact the unit administrator for confirmation.

3. Incorrect Client Status Display

In the client contacts, you can view colleague account information and online status. How to confirm when the colleague status is displayed incorrectly:

  1. Try refreshing the contacts to confirm whether the colleague status is updated;

  2. Log in on other client devices to confirm whether the colleague status is normal;

  3. Log in with another account to confirm whether the colleague status is normal;

  4. Contact the unit administrator for confirmation.
