#Join a Group Chat

#1. Feature Introduction

If you need to join a group chat, you can be directly added to the group chat by the group owner, group administrators, or group members with the permission to add group members and share the group, or you can join through the group card, group link, or group QR code shared by these members.

• For public groups that can be searched within the enterprise or organization, you can search and join the group chat directly. If the group chat has enabled join verification, you can join the group only after the group owner or group administrators complete the verification.

#2. Operation Process

#Directly Add to the Group Chat

The group owner, group administrators, or members with the permission to add group members can directly add you to the group chat. You do not need to take any action to join the group.

#Join via Group Card

After receiving the group card shared by another user, tap the group card, and in the pop-up window tap "Confirm" to join the group chat.

#Join via Group Link

After receiving the group share link shared by another user, tap the link, and in the pop-up window tap "Confirm" to join the group chat.

#Join via Group QR Code

After receiving the group QR code shared by another user, you can open Feihan Mobile, tap the plus sign in the upper right corner, select the Scan feature, and scan the group QR code to join the group chat.

#3. FAQ

#Q: Why can't I join the group chat through the group link/group card/group QR code shared by another user?

A: There may be the following 2 possibilities:

• The shared group link/group QR code has expired, causing you to be unable to join the group chat. If it has expired, contact the sharer to share it again.
• The shared group card has become invalid. If the sharer of the group card leaves the group or loses the permission to add group members and share the group, you will be unable to join the group chat through the group card. Please contact other members to share a valid group card.
